Who is responsible
LindenGrove Group OÜ (Estonian reg. no. 17203262, VAT EE102842661), Pärnu mnt 105, 11312 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: [email protected].
What data we use for outreach
We contact small businesses in Norway, Sweden and Finland that do not yet have a website. For this we use only publicly available business information – such as business name, address, phone number, the business's general email address, opening hours and type of business – from official business registers (e.g. Brønnøysundregistrene, Bolagsverket, YTJ) and public map services such as OpenStreetMap. We do not buy contact lists and we do not use sensitive or private personal data.
Why we use it and the legal basis
We use this information to create a personalised demo website for your business and to send you a business offer by email. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We have weighed this against your interests: the data is public business information, the offer is relevant to your business, and you can opt out at any time with a single reply.
Opting out
Don't want to hear from us? Simply reply to our email (for example “no thanks”, “nei takk”, “nej tack” or “ei kiitos”) or write to [email protected]. We will not contact you again and we will delete your demo and your details. We keep only a minimal note (your business name and email address) on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again by mistake.
How long we keep data
If you are not interested, we delete the demo and your data, except for the do-not-contact note described above. If you become a client, we keep the data needed to provide the service for as long as you are a client, and invoices and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Demo websites
Our demo websites are marked so that search engines do not index them, and they are meant only for the business they were made for. We delete a demo on request, or if you are not interested.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Google (email). Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
This website
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses) only as needed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing and to object to processing, including direct marketing (GDPR Art. 21). Just contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or with the data protection authority in your own country – Datatilsynet (Norway), IMY (Sweden) or the Data Protection Ombudsman (Finland).
